Architectural Work Done In Slough

Demolition of an existing building within the conservation area and the construction of a 2.5 storey flat block, comprising 1 x studio, 6 x 1 bed, and 2 x 2-bed apartments.

A contemporary scheme was sought following involvement from the local authority. The scheme predominantly uses buff brickwork combined with large rectangular areas of glazing to create a paired back design which successfully led to achieving planning consent. Natural light was maximised into the second floor units through cleverly cutting into the pitched roof to create balcony spaces, which also made full use of all available space
