Demolition of an existing property and erection of 3 no. new build, link detached 4 bed houses, each encompassing a large living, kitchen, dining and utility space, and built in garages.
Located within a conservation area the scheme uses design features such as sash windows, large overhanging eaves and bay windows to fit within the local style and vernacular of the adjacent dwellings and area.
Ridge and eaves heights of the proposed houses were kept low as to minimise the bulk of the houses, while on the inside of the properties a contemporary layout was employed to maximise the use of space.
