To assist in providing clarity to the design we can also produce 3D models and visuals of the scheme which aim to give the client an appreciation and understanding of the scheme, something which is not always achieved using 2D elevations and floor plans. Visuals are also very helpful in improving the chances of success in challenging planning applications, such as ones within the Greenbelt or Conservation areas.
