Following the submission of the planning application and receipt of planning approval, the Building Regulation stage is required to develop the construction drawings, this typically involves the following:
- Production of Building Regulation drawings, based on the consented planning application.
- Liaising with other consultants where appointed, such as the Structural Engineer, Party Wall Surveyors and translate information onto
our drawings to produce a coordinated package of information, ready for submission.their - Preparation and submission of the Building Regulation application and managing all related queries up to receipt of Passing of Plans/ Approval under the Building Regulations.
