The project consisted of 6 semi-detached units, consisting of 2 x 4 bed houses and 4 x 3 bed houses. Due to the heights of the surrounding adjacent developments a chalet bungalow design was preferred consisting of 1.5 storey in height with dormer extensions at the front and rear to maximise first floor space.
The thoughtful design approach enables 4 large double bedrooms (3 for the 3 bed units) with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space to maximise the key rear aspect from the properties. Separate utility facilities are also provided with direct access to the garage space.
