Arcline Architecture has worked closely with a range of planning authorities on a variety of projects, from small extensions to large flat schemes and has experience working on sites located within the Green Belt and Conservation areas. We have an excellent success rate and pride ourselves in working closely with local planning authorities to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
The planning stage of the project typically involves the following:
- Submission of the detailed planning application. Once the proposed scheme has been agreed with the client we will then prepare the necessary information required for the submission. This information would typically comprise of the design drawings, forms, certificates of ownership and the Design Statement.
- Once submitted, Arcline Architecture will monitor the progress of the planning application, keep the client duly advised with any developments and liaise with the Local Planning Authority where necessary.
